Life can be wonderful and fulfilling! And at the same time it can also leave us feeling stressed, hopeless, and disillusioned. I view the goal of therapy as making meaning of and working through the low points so that we may fully see, appreciate, and celebrate the shinier side of that coin.
My approach to therapy is strengths-based, looking to highlight and uncover strengths and resources within each individual and family to help promote change and leave people feeling more satisfied and balanced.
